Day 85 – 30th June 2014 leave 8am Miles rode 198 Esfahan – Yazd

We rode in the heat again but started early and at 1pm we arrived at our hotel in Yazd. I choose this one as it was recommended by travellers I know. As soon as I pulled up on the bike I knew I was going back to my style of travelling having stayed in ‘tourist hotels’ for too long.

‘Silk Road Hotel’ has travellers not tourists, I chilled and talked with travellers from many countries all afternoon. I feel great, it’s all about the people, and the camel stew.
