Albania

I heard Albania was one of the poorest countries in Southern Europe and it felt it. Like Montenegro so many men in the towns were sitting, drinking and talking as I assume they had no work. The roads were not well maintained and the drivers seem to do what they want.

The people are so helpful, kind and want to engage in conversation.
