Macedonia

Lovely people, kind, helpful, well mannered and a pleasure to be with. I hadn’t heard anything about Macedonia so when I crossed the boarder from Albania and like crossing other boarders I noticed the change instantly. The roads improved, the houses painted and gardens maintained. The country is beautiful with amazing mountain ranges.

My overriding memory though is the people, I loved the people, everyone from the boarder guard to the petrol station attendant to the people in the street. Wonderful, I will return.
